With recipes created from scratch by local chef Lauren Kershner and inspired by the flavors found across Northern California, our kombucha is a delicious non-alcoholic alternative without compromising depth, flavor, or goodness.

We believe in the power of a thoughtfully-crafted beverage to enhance our well-being from the inside out, creating a goodness in the world that transcends each of us. Meet the Chef

Chef Lauren Kershner fell in love with handcrafted kombucha years ago and has been perfecting her own recipe ever since. Inspired by the fruits and flavors of Northern California, this healthy beverage is designed to complement a way of life and inspire a passion that begins within. As a chef, she understands the impact of what we choose to put in our bodies. 

By viewing health as a holistic system of mind, body and spirit that is intrinsically connected to the earth, she believes we can make mindful choices that allow our environment, as well as ourselves and our neighbors, to thrive. She founded this company as her way to give back and help uplift young women seeking entrepreneurship in a variety of traditionally male-dominated fields. She envisions a world where women can thrive doing the things they love, living with overall health, happiness, and peace in a world that respects their worth and equality.
